Holds a PhD in Renewable energy from University of St Andrews Scotland UK, Has over 20 years of experience in project management including in the construction industry and renewable energy.

Has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in different areas of business especially in high tech machineries for road construction.

Studied Physics & Engineering at Reading University (1972 to 1975) obtaining an honors degree. Has 29 years' experience of general building construction focusing on high quality low energy alternatives to mainstream construction.

Has more than 16 years' experience as Heavy Diesel Mobile Equipment field service maintenance, gained from Caterpillar in Eritrea, Uganda and South Sudan. He has extensive knowledge on the maintenance of Machineries & construction equipment.

Has vast experience of more than 25 years of senior project management in the road construction industry, working in major projects in countries such as Eritrea, Uganda and South Sudan. Currently the head of all operations with the company .

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Asmara University. His involvement in the projects includes estimating, procurement, scheduling, project administration, negotiations and project management.
